Meet the team

Jack, Kat, Finn & Meatball.

Different paths brought us here. What connects the team is pretty simple: listen first, explain clearly, and take good care of the people who trust us with their move.

About Jack

Jack’s story isn’t a straight line.

He grew up in St. Louis and earned a degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Missouri. His career began as a radio and television anchor and reporter in Jackson, Mississippi, where he met his late wife, Colleen. He later moved into public relations, communication, advertising and marketing.

Jack and his family moved to Pensacola in 2006, and he earned his real estate license in 2009. Real estate brought all his work experiences together into how he’ll work with you: listen carefully, explain clearly, negotiate thoughtfully, and remain steady when important decisions have to be made.

Jack has served as President of the Pensacola Association of Realtors and on the boards of Florida Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He was named Realtor of the Year in 2020 and is a two-time Humanitarian of the Year. He is also the founder and president of Water And Youth Safety Pensacola, a nonprofit dedicated to making kids water smart to keep kids water safe.

Through professional changes, community leadership, and personal loss, one thing has remained constant: Jack shows up. For his family, his community, and the clients who trust him, his goal is simple—to serve well, protect what matters, and help turn hopes into homes.

About Katherine

Kat believes home should feel exciting—not overwhelming.

Originally from Michigan, Kat attended college in Pennsylvania and earned a degree in Crime Analysis. She also studied Social Work and Photography—experiences that strengthened her ability to understand people, solve problems, and appreciate the individual stories behind every move.

Pensacola became home through a military assignment. As a military spouse at the time, Kat experienced the challenges of relocation firsthand: arriving in a new community, building a support network, and turning an unfamiliar place into home. That experience still shapes the way she cares for relocating clients today.

Before becoming a Realtor, Kat worked behind the scenes in real estate, learning contracts, timelines, negotiations, and the many details that keep a transaction moving. She eventually realized that she wanted to work directly with people, helping them navigate those decisions with confidence.

Clients value Kat’s organization, responsiveness, attention to detail, and genuine care. For Kat, real estate isn’t simply about houses—it’s about helping people find the place where their next chapter can begin.

About Finn

CL’s Fantastic Finn

Finn is a registered Pembroke Welsh Corgi who came to live with Jack and his late wife, Colleen, in 2021. He loves his “Finnday” walks with Dad at Lowe’s, barking at the wind, playing Frisbee, and showing off his unusual ability to whisper.

About Meatball

Big energy. Bigger snuggle bunny.

Meatball is a Boxer–Labrador mix whom Kat rescued after he was abandoned as a newborn in 2024. He overcame a difficult beginning and grew into a ball of energy who loves roughhousing, playing with other dogs, and—most of all—being a big snuggle bunny.
